Siddhi Shah helps develop area-selective ALD

Siddhi, an IISME fellow and science teacher, spent the summer working with Dara to develop selective etch processes for area-selective ALD. Her studies included trying to use various solvents and other etchants to remove the native oxide layer on copper. Included below is a picture of Siddi presenting her results at the end-of-summer research poster session.
