The ACS National Awards program is designed to encourage the advancement of chemistry in all its branches, to support research in chemical science and industry, and to promote the careers of chemists. In the 2018 award cycle, Stacey Bent was awarded the ACS Award in Surface Chemistry, sponsored by Proctor & Gamble. She will be honored at the Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, in conjunction with the 255th ACS National Meeting in New Orleans, LA.
