Fall Rotations Students Present their Research to the Department

Solomon, Josiah, and Shirin shared their projects at the department's annual rotation poster session.

Our rotation students this fall have presented their fantastic projects at the department's annual rotation poster session. The session was attended by students, faculty, and staff from across the university. Shirin presented her work done with Dara on area-selective ALD and using etchants and inhibitors to improve selectivity. Josiah shared his work performed with Li on ALD of molybdenum sulfide and further characterizing the process. Solomon presented on his work he did with Joel on engineering in situ monitoring of oxide ALD using quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). Nice work, rotation students! We enjoyed having you as a part of the group this quarter.
