Congratulations to our new PhD candidates!

Both Solomon and Josiah presented their work to a panel of Chemical Engineering Faculty after approximately six months in the group. After answering questions about their work and the fundamental concepts behind their research, both of them have passed and become full PhD candidates! Josiah presented his work on the design of small molecule inhibitors for area-selective ALD while Solomon discussed his work on the use of MLD films for the passivation of lithium-ion batteries.
